Jeanne Heend
Jeanne Heend has a background in: privacy;
product development from initial design through acquisition,
activation and retention; operational line manage-ment; relationship
management with vendors and external partners; telemarketing; and
internal consulting.
Jeanne served as the Chief Privacy Officer for Citibank’s Credit Card Sector for 9 years and was the “go to” person to resolve all privacy issues.
For over 20 years she developed new products including presenting and negotiating with partners and vendors, interfacing with departments across the corporation, implementing systems, and developing marketing programs from acquisition through retention. In addition, she developed customer satisfaction programs and set programs in place to improve and evaluate customer service and telemarketing programs and the customer experience.
